Burj Khalifa — The World's Tallest Tower

The world's tallest building recently made its movie debut in Mission Impossible-Ghost Protocol and the Burj Khalifa Tower's gorgeous parks soaked up the spotlight as Tom Cruise ascended the structure. The landscaping surrounding the incredibly tall building was carefully designed to merge the structure with the ground level while providing space for visitors to enjoy.
The tower in 2008. It was still under construction. I took it with my mobile camera only from a moving car that i ride it on.

 The tower in 2010.

 I can't believe i was there.

Me and friends.

When the Burj Khalifa Tower in Dubai was completed on October 1, 2009, most people didn’t realize that this architectural and engineering marvel became not only the tallest building in the world, but also the tallest free standing structure in the world.
The 2717-foot (828m) Burj Khalifa was designed from the outset to be a showpiece for Dubai and to break records, and that it did in spades.
The Burj Khalifa tower in Dubai currently has the following records:
  • Tallest skyscraper in the world.
  • Tallest structure in the world.
  • Tallest structure ever built in the world.
  • Tallest freestanding structure in the world.
  • World’s tallest structure to include residential space.
  • World’s highest restaurant (At.mospher 122nd floor).
  • World’s highest outdoor observation deck (124th floor).
  • World’s highest nightclub (144th floor).
  • Highest occupied floor in the world (160th floor).
  • Tallest building in the world with 160 habitable floors.
  • Highest elevator installation in the world.
  • World’s fastest elevators at 64km/hr (40 mph) or 59 feet per second. I can't ride my motorbike more than 40km/hours on small street in village otherwise the villagers will shout at me.

The Dubai Dancing Fountain

The Dubai Fountain is a record-setting choreographed fountain system set on the 30-acre manmade Burj Khalifa (Khalifa Tower) Lake, at the center of the Downtown Dubai development in Dubai.

The Dubai Fountain can spray 22,000 gallons (83,000 liters) of water in the air at any moment. More than 6,600 lights and 25 colour projectors have been installed.

Here's some amateur video recorded by me. ^_^
At night time.

These videos below are not recorded by me, i took it from you tube due to my own videos' size are toooo big so that i couldn't upload them here.

Dubai Mall - Some Photographs i captured from Dubai.

Maybe you want to know why if I post Dubai story, why is it always about mall? Because i spent my weekend  life in Dubai from mall to mall, it's totally different than my life now in Jogja, i spend weekend from sea to mountain to cave to lake to mountain again.... My life now is so colorful, but Dubai is also absolutely beautiful anyway, eventhough its stuffs are not natural unless the desert and the sea.

Dubai mall is the WORLD'S LARGEST shopping mall, located at the same complex with the highest building in the world, the Khalifa Tower.

Inside it has Dubai Aquarium and underwater zoo, Dubai Ice Ring, Sega Republic, Real Cinemas, and off course the shops and food courts.

The Aquarium and underwater zoo.

 The Ice Ring.

The Sega Republic.

The Shops and the shoppers. I hate that man with yellow shirts, he followed us everywhere we move. Is it because we are beautiful? Thanks God they make the toilet separately for men and women.

The Reel Cinema tickets.

Outside Dubai mall Khalifa Tower can be seen and the dancing fountain always plays every (maybe) 3 hours. I'll tell you about the highest building in the world and how the water dancing awesomely on next post.
See you...

Tambi Tea Plantation - My holiday Trip

Tambi is a quite cold area surrounded by mountains such as mountain Sindoro, Sumbing and Sikunir.

As i have phobia of mountains at night time, so in my imagination, the mountains would become a huge monsters look at you in the eye ready to catch you and eat you, all thru the night!!! That was just my imagination.

But at day time the area is just like a green heaven.
These photos below will tell you how green it is.
