Burj Khalifa — The World's Tallest Tower

The world's tallest building recently made its movie debut in Mission Impossible-Ghost Protocol and the Burj Khalifa Tower's gorgeous parks soaked up the spotlight as Tom Cruise ascended the structure. The landscaping surrounding the incredibly tall building was carefully designed to merge the structure with the ground level while providing space for visitors to enjoy.
The tower in 2008. It was still under construction. I took it with my mobile camera only from a moving car that i ride it on.

 The tower in 2010.

 I can't believe i was there.

Me and friends.

When the Burj Khalifa Tower in Dubai was completed on October 1, 2009, most people didn’t realize that this architectural and engineering marvel became not only the tallest building in the world, but also the tallest free standing structure in the world.
The 2717-foot (828m) Burj Khalifa was designed from the outset to be a showpiece for Dubai and to break records, and that it did in spades.
The Burj Khalifa tower in Dubai currently has the following records:
  • Tallest skyscraper in the world.
  • Tallest structure in the world.
  • Tallest structure ever built in the world.
  • Tallest freestanding structure in the world.
  • World’s tallest structure to include residential space.
  • World’s highest restaurant (At.mospher 122nd floor).
  • World’s highest outdoor observation deck (124th floor).
  • World’s highest nightclub (144th floor).
  • Highest occupied floor in the world (160th floor).
  • Tallest building in the world with 160 habitable floors.
  • Highest elevator installation in the world.
  • World’s fastest elevators at 64km/hr (40 mph) or 59 feet per second. I can't ride my motorbike more than 40km/hours on small street in village otherwise the villagers will shout at me.
